EZGPT.APP (the "app") is a chat client for language model servers. It is developed, owned and published by US Support LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the browser extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store and to the Android app, whichever way you obtained them. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you control, for any lawful purpose. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or misrepresent its origin. Except for the rights granted here, we keep all rights in the app, its name and its icon.
The app sends the messages you write, together with any text or images you attach, to the server address you configure for a provider. It does not run a model itself and it does not route traffic through any server of ours. You are responsible for:
Replies come from the model you selected. They can be wrong, incomplete, offensive or unsafe. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. We do not review, filter or endorse model output.
The Android app is bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment, applies the taxes for your country and handles refunds under Google Play's refund policy; we do not receive your payment details. A purchase is a licence for the Google account that bought it, on the devices Google Play allows, and is not transferable. There are no subscriptions and nothing to buy inside the app.
Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or overload servers you are not authorised to use, or to attempt to circumvent protections in the app or in the services you connect it to.
The app stores your settings, providers, chats, snippets and attached images locally on the device where it runs. We do not receive, collect or have access to any of it. The privacy policy describes this in detail and forms part of these terms. Backups you export are files on your device; keep them somewhere safe if they contain API keys.
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop distributing it at any time. Extension updates are delivered through the Chrome Web Store; Android updates are delivered through Google Play. We are not obliged to provide support, but you can reach us through the report form linked below.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will work with every server, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that model output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Support LLC and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or related to the app or these terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
LM Studio, Ollama, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google and other names used in the app are trademarks of their respective owners. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Fonts are bundled under the SIL Open Font License; their notice ships with the app.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes its local data. We may end this licence if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which US Support LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If these terms change, the new version is published at ezgpt.app/terms.html and the effective date above is updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
